John Hayden, VP of Business Development
John Hayden has been with Control Solutions for over 30 years, serving in a variety of roles throughout his tenure. During the first half of his career, he worked in product development, contributing to nearly every major project as the company expanded its product line and customer base. It was in those formative years of building customer relationships that John discovered his true calling—business development. For the past 15+ years, he has focused on that passion and now serves as Vice President of Business Development.
John brings great energy and enthusiasm to cultivating long-lasting customer relationships. He believes mutual trust, consistent follow-through, and face-to-face connections remain the cornerstones of meaningful partnerships.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and an MBA from North Central College in Naperville, IL. John lives in Aurora, IL, with his wife of 30 years and their three sons. Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.
