Jeff Hotz, VP of Engineering
Jeff Hotz, Vice President of Engineering, brings over 35 years of experience in product development and testing, with a significant portion of his career dedicated to the testing and design of automotive, telecommunication, military, and commercial products.
After graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology, Jeff began his career at Delco Electronics (a Division of General Motors), where he spent five years as a product assurance (testing) engineer. Subsequently, he joined Tellabs, a telecommunications company, starting as a test engineer and advancing to a senior management position, where he remained for 21 years. In 2009, he transitioned to Control Solutions, LLC, initially as a test manager, before moving into his current role as VP of Engineering.
Jeff resides in Naperville, IL, where he enjoys the outdoor activities available in the metropolitan area.
