Mark Waldron, Chief Financial & Administration Officer
Mark Waldron joined Control Solutions in November 2021, serving as the Chief Financial and Administration Officer. He has diverse experience in privately held, middle market, manufacturing companies.
Prior to coming on board with Control Solutions, Mark was the CFO for Terraboost Media, LLC, a privately held company with multiple US manufacturing and distribution facilities. Mark began his career with Arthur Anderson & Co., the leading worldwide accounting and consulting firm, upon his graduation from Loyola University with a degree in accounting. After working for several years each for Cimlinc, Inc. and Bally Corporation's Gaming Division, Mark spent 14 years with Belvedere USA Corporation. During his time with Belvedere, Mark served for 8 years as Vice President, Finance & Administration; 2 years as Vice President, Marketing & Business Development; and 4 years as President, after the company was sold to Wella AG (and later acquired by Proctor & Gamble).
Transitioning to Colony Display, LLC in 2005, Mark spent 7 years as Chief Operating Officer, followed by 7 years as Chief Financial Officer. During his time as CFO, he assisted in a remarkable exit for shareholders with a private equity sale in 2019.
Outside of work, Mark values participating in his community. He was a Tri-Cities Little League board member and manager/coach, as well as an OMNI Youth Services mentor/big brother. He also served as a board member of the Association for Retail Environments and president of the HFA Software Users Group.
