Position:	Web Application Developer
Description:	Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead developer responsible for the design, development, and testing of database driven internal and external web sites. Lead developer responsible for the design, development, and testing of database driven internal corporate web applications and reporting solutions. Providing ongoing database maintenance and administration. Ongoing maintenance of web based solutions. Promoting creative solutions to business problems.
Required Knowledge, Technical Skills and Ability:	Strong knowledge and working experience with PHP, MySQL, Apache, CSS, Coldfusion, HTML, ODBC, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Visual Basic. Experience developing database driven web applications. Experience creating medium to large scale web applications including architecture, design, testing, development, deployment and production support. Ability to show and explain representative work during the interview process. Ability to translate business requirements into a software feature specification. Ability to speak, read, and write professionally in English. Eligible to work permanently in the United States. Ability to work both independently or on a team. Working knowledge of computers including the use of Microsoft Office applications and email clients.
Additional Desirable Skills:	Experience with Oracle. Experience with report development and integration of Crystal Reports or similar reporting packages. Experience with UNIX.
Educational Requirements:	A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. A minimum of 3 years experience with web application development.
