Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, and/or training and experience developing equivalent capabilities.Five or more years of experience working as an engineer in the development and/or support of electrical or electromechanical products.Strong understanding of standard product development steps/procedures.Strong understanding/appreciation of Development, Purchasing and Manufacturing functions and their interactions.Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and product descriptions to quickly understand and determine potential complications and/or critical components.Working knowledge of MS Office to include Windows, Word, and Excel.Ability to effectively use typical electronic test and measurement equipment.Exposure to and ability to work with electronic CAD tools.
