Bachelors degree in either electrical, mechanical, industrial, and/or process engineering, or training an experience developing equivalent capabilities.Ten or more years of experience working as an engineer with close or direct involvement with the manufacturing of electrical or electromechanical products.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong understanding and working knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.Ability to set up and fix a wide range of manufacturing equipment and tools.Strong understanding/appreciation of Development, Purchasing and Manufacturing functions and their interactions.Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently and professionally in English.Working knowledge of MS Office to include Windows, Word, and Excel.Ability to effectively use a wide range of electronic and mechanical tools.Ability to use software applications to obtain, understand and modify BOMs.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment on a variety of products.Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings a strong plus.If you feel you meet these requirements, please forward your resume to employment@controls.com with “Manufacturing Engineer” in the subject.
