Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, or training and experience developing equivalent capabilities.Five or more years of experience working as an engineer in the development of electronic controls.Strong knowledge in either and preferably both digital and analog circuitry, and control concepts. Strong ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and product documentation.Able to use CAD tools to generate schematics and layouts. OrCAD is preferred.Demonstrated ability to debug electronics utilizing electronic test equipment.Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently and professionally in English.Ability to work both independently and on a team.Working knowledge of MS Office to include Windows, Word, and Excel.Ability to work professionally with external and internal customers.Ability to use software applications to obtain, understand and modify BOMs.Ability to work with mechanical systems is a strong plus.If you feel you meet these requirements, please forward your resume to employment@controls.com with “Hardware Design Engineer” in the subject.
